Age Less Functional Medicine is a traveling functional medicine practice founded by Tommora Jackson, MSN, FNP-C, to provide personalized, relationship-driven care that goes beyond the limitations of traditional healthcare. Serving patients throughout North Fort Worth and the surrounding communities, we combine advanced diagnostics, thoughtful investigation, and individualized treatment plans to help people better understand their health and address concerns ranging from fatigue and hormone imbalances to healthy aging and long-term wellness. By bringing our services directly to our patients, we're able to deliver a more personal healthcare experience while remaining focused on what matters most: helping you feel your best through an approach that's built around you, not just your symptoms.
Our Approach
Age Less Functional Medicine was founded on a simple belief: feeling "fine" isn't the same as feeling well. Too many people are told their symptoms are simply part of getting older, even when they're struggling with fatigue, hormone imbalances, weight changes, poor sleep, brain fog, or other concerns that interfere with daily life. I wasn’t feeling like myself for the longest time and went to several doctors to see what was wrong, but no one could tell me. I had excessive weight gain, mood swings like no other, menstrual cycles that just disappeared, and was exhausted beyond belief. When I went to see Tommora she listened to me, did some blood work, and was able to confirm I had PCOS which explained all my symptoms. She also still works with me to this day to get those symptoms under control and checks in to make sure I am okay. I am forever grateful to her for not only helping me come up with a plan to keep my condition under control, but for listening to me when no one else would.

I can't say enough about how amazing Tommora is. I was feeling very fatigued, my hair was thinning and on most days I just didn't want to get out of bed. My previous Doctor told me all my blood work came back normal, and I heard nothing else from them. I knew there was something wrong so I reached out to Tommora and my life has completely changed, she told me that she was going to get to the root of my problems and that she did.
