If Age Less is a good fit, our team will help you complete registration, arrange any recommended laboratory testing, collect payment, and schedule your consultation.
Your provider will review your health history, symptoms, laboratory results when available, and personal goals. From there, you will receive individualized recommendations and clear next steps.

Functional medicine consultations are designed for patients experiencing concerns such as fatigue, brain fog, hormone changes, weight gain, digestive problems, poor sleep, inflammation, or simply not feeling like themselves.
Rather than focusing on one symptom at a time, we look at how your hormones, metabolism, gut health, nutrient status, immune function, stress, and lifestyle may be working together.

Medical Weight Management
Sustainable weight management requires more than simply telling someone to eat less and exercise more. Our medical weight-management approach considers the factors that may influence your progress, including hormones, insulin resistance, metabolism, sleep, stress, medications, nutrition, and muscle health.
When medically appropriate, your individualized plan may include prescription weight-management medication, nutritional guidance, laboratory monitoring, lifestyle support, and ongoing provider oversight.
Program costs begin at $349 per month and vary according to the medication, dose, and individualized treatment plan recommended for you.
Medical weight-management services are available for qualifying patients age 16 and older.

Age Less offers acute-care visits for patients who need timely medical guidance but do not require emergency treatment. Depending on your symptoms and location, care may be provided through telehealth or an in-person mobile visit.
Virtual Care
Telehealth may be appropriate for concerns that can be safely evaluated through a virtual appointment.
An in-person evaluation, testing, urgent care, or emergency treatment may be recommended when virtual care is not appropriate.
In-Person
Mobile acute care provides an in-person evaluation at an approved location within the Age Less service area.
Mobile availability depends on your location, symptoms, scheduling availability, and whether the concern can be safely treated outside a traditional clinic or emergency setting.
Acute-care services are not intended for medical emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or another potentially life-threatening concern.
Laboratory Testing
Age Less may recommend comprehensive laboratory testing based on your symptoms, health history, and goals. Initial functional medicine testing may evaluate more than 70 biomarkers related to areas such as:

When permitted, laboratory testing may be submitted to your insurance. Your final cost will depend on your plan, deductible, coverage, and the laboratory used. Cash-pay laboratory options are also available for patients who prefer transparent, upfront pricing.

Payment & Financing
Age Less Functional Medicine is a cash-pay practice. Payment for consultations and services is collected when your appointment is scheduled or at the time directed by our team.
This model allows us to spend more time understanding your health concerns and creating individualized recommendations without allowing insurance restrictions to determine the structure of your care.
Cherry financing is available for qualifying patients who would prefer to divide eligible treatment costs into manageable payments. Financing is subject to application and approval.

Age Less is a cash-pay medical practice and does not bill insurance for consultation or treatment fees. Laboratory testing and certain prescription medications may be eligible for insurance coverage, depending on your individual plan.
No. Laboratory testing is separate from your consultation fee. Your provider will recommend testing based on your history, symptoms, and goals rather than ordering the same panel for every patient.
Not always. If you would like your provider to review laboratory results during the initial consultation, testing must be completed early enough for the results to be available. You may also schedule an initial consultation before testing. In that situation, your provider can recommend appropriate labs during the visit, and a separate laboratory-review appointment is generally scheduled once results are available.
The initial consultation includes a comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, concerns, and goals. A laboratory-review appointment focuses on interpreting completed test results and connecting those findings to your symptoms and treatment plan.
Unless specifically stated as part of a program, medications, supplements, compounded prescriptions, laboratory testing, and outside services are separate from consultation fees.
Your provider must first determine whether the requested infusion is medically appropriate. Certain infusions require laboratory testing, medical clearance, or a separate consultation before treatment.
Age Less does not require a monthly functional medicine membership. You pay for the visits, treatments, laboratory testing, medications, or services included in your personalized care plan.
